Arrests

Domestic violence, third degree- harassment: Mikka A. Willis, 25, of Cullman arrested on Donauer Drive SW.

Criminal trespassing, third degree: Andy L. Manning, 71, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia: Crystal D. Shaw, 32, of Hanceville arrested on Highway 31 S.

Failures to appear- switched tag, insurance violation: Joshua E. Hanners, 29, of Cullman arrested on Highway 31 S.

Incidents

Theft of property, first degree: Highway 157, 2014 Ford F-150- $40,000.

Forgery, third degree: America’s First Credit Union, 4th Avenue SW, forged checks- unknown value.

Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle: Town Square Shopping Center, damage to 2013 Honda Civic- $200.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Pinewood Drive NW, lawn mower- $178.

Criminal trespassing, third degree: Walmart, Highway 157, arrest made.
