A Baileyton man has been charged with three counts of selling methamphetamine.

Brian Neal Smith, 44, was arrested June 13 and charged with unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, according to a release from the Cullman Police Department Crime Suppression Unit.

Smith was booked at the Cullman County Detention Center and has since made bond, according to police.
