Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia: Christopher R. Sivley, 41, of Toney arrested on Cherokee Avenue SW.

Criminal trespassing, third degree: James M. Criscoe, 30, of Cullman arrested on Hickory Avenue SW.

Arrests

Failure to appear- tampering with a witness: Misty Lashay Cook, 34, arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.

Drug court sanction- unlawful possession of a controlled substance: Madyson Brooke Cummings, 20, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Probation revoked- theft of property, first degree: Marvin Rickey Freeman, 53, arrested at the Walker County Jail.

Court appearance: Jeremy Brian Grey, 47, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Domestic violence, third degree- harassment: Donald Earl Jenkins II, 19, arrested on County Road 517.

Court appearance: Jody Alan Mead, 33, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Court appearance: Chad Jeremy Oberle, 38, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Probation revoked- unlawful possession of a controlled substance (two counts): Johnny Lee Overton, 53, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Nonsupport: Christopher Ray Sivley, 41, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
