Possession of drug paraphernalia; unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree; failure to appear- criminal trespassing, third degree: Tyler L. Speakman, 23, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Grand jury- possession of forged instrument, third degree: Lee Z. McClellan, 27, of Cullman arrested on Highway 31 N.

Forgery, third degree (three counts); possession of forged instrument, third degree (three counts); theft of property, second degree: Roger M. Hallmark, 40, of Warrior arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear- theft of property, fourth degree: Crystal N. Wilson, 38, of Vinemont arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear- speeding: Ryan S. Richards, 28, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

Domestic violence, third degree: Laurel Lane SW.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Werner Shoes and Boots, 2nd Avenue SW, shoes- $345.

Harassment: 2nd Avenue NE.

Burglary, third degree: Denson Avenue SW, TV- $200.

Grand jury- forgery, second degree (three counts); theft of property, second degree: Sophia Margarette Chambers, 36, arrested on County Road 1092.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: James Allen Ford, 26, arrested on Garden City.

Failure to appear- negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument: Roger Matthew Hallmark, 40, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center. 

Failure to appear- running red light: Tammie LeAnn Huskey, 24, arrested on Beech Avenue.

Domestic violence, third degree- harassment: Bobby Dewayne Lindsey, 53, arrested on Highway 278.

Possession of drug paraphernalia; theft of property, fourth degree; unlawful possession of a controlled substance (two counts): Benjamin Jabron Little, 38, arrested on County Road 1101.

Failure to appear- driving while suspended: Patricia Jean Odom, 46, arrested at Jasper Police Department. 

Domestic violence, third degree- menacing; resisting arrest: James Edward Richards, 54, arrested on Handley Lane.

Giving false name to law enforcement, possession of drug paraphernalia: Tyler Lamont Speakman, 23, arrested at Highway 31 Pure Station, Garden City.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Destiney Kiah Thompson, 20, arrested at Highway 31 Pure Station, Garden City.

Failures to appear- harassment, possession of drug paraphernalia: Crystal Naomi Wilson, 38, arrested on St. Joseph Drive.
