Official indictments of murder have been returned by a Cullman County grand jury in connection with the murder of a Marshall County man whose body was found buried near Fairview.

Tyler Stephen Hudson, 20, and Andrew Jacob Maresh 19, were both indicted for murder in connection with the death of Daniel Ray Osborn II.

Maresh’s grandmother, Susan Winton Smith, 66, was also earlier indicted for murder. The victim’s body was found buried on her property.
