Man faces 2 charges of selling meth

Cullman police have charged a man with two counts of selling methamphetamine.
Timothy Aaron Boone was arrested in the Berlin area Monday by members of the Cullman Police Department’s Crime Supression Unit, according to a news release from the police department.
Boone was charged with two counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
He was out on bond and had failure to appear warrant at the time of the arrest. He remained incarcerated at the Cullman County Detention Center on Tuesday.
