Arrests

Resisting arrest; attempting to elude (two counts); failure to signal; receiving stolen property, first degree: Joseph L. Mickle, 26, of Cullman arrested on Piney Point Drive NW.

Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (two counts): James R. Johnson, 50, of Hayden arrested on I-65 exit 291.

Theft of property, first degree: Austin K. Yates, 20, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Criminal trespassing, third degree: Brandon R. Hurt, 23, of Birmingham arrested on Logan Street SW.

Incidents

Theft of property, fourth degree: Shell Food Mart, 4th Street SW, miscellaneous- $66.

Criminal trespassing, third degree: Cullman Housing Authority, Logan Street SW, arrest made.

Burglary, third degree: 4th Avenue SW.

Failures to appear- speeding, possession of drug paraphernalia: Eric Reese Chumley, 18, arrested on County Road 1545.

Probation violations- possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a controlled substance: Cassidy Ray Hodges, 23, arrested at the Lawrence County Jail.

Burglary, third degree; receiving stolen property, first degree; unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle: Joseph Lee Mickle, 26, arrested at the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.

Failure to appear- DUI: Eric Brandon Tubbs, 30, arrested on Schwaiger Drive.

No tag/ tag not plainly visible; unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree; unlawful possession of a controlled substance: Donnie Ray Weaver, 28, arrested in West Point.
