Possession of drug paraphernalia: Savannah B. Noe, 25, of Cullman arrested on Highway 278 W.
Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence: Robert D. Baker, 49, of Falkville arrested on County Road 706.
Unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree: Gregory D. Deboard, 27, of Holly Pond arrested on County Road 706.
Domestic violence, third degree; assault, third degree; public intoxication; possession of drug paraphernalia: Tyren S. Willingham, 21, of Cullman arrested on Hickory Avenue SW.
Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (four counts): Teresa H. Glenn, 61, of Cullman arrested on County Road 703.

Grand jury- theft of property, second degree: Cristy Linn Franklin, 42, arrested at Stuckey’s.
Domestic violence, third degree- harassment; domestic violence, third degree- reckless endangerment: Justin Matthew Hobbs, 36, arrested at the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.
Possession of prescription medicine, unlawful possession of a controlled substance: Kevin Wayne Riley, 36, arrested in Good Hope.
Domestic violence, third degree; criminal mischief, third degree: Brandi Elizabeth Stallings, 35, arrested on County Road 649.
Failure to appear- driving while suspended: Dustin Ray Vaughn, 28, arrested at the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.
