Rain

A line of rain that has moved into the area will continue through the afternoon and early evening hours.

There is a chance the front could intensify east of I-65 and south of I-20, according to the National Weather Service and a report from WBRC’s meteorologists in Birmingham.

Waves of rain will be possible through the afternoon and evening hours.

Rain exits tonight from west to east and clouds linger. Areas of fog develop and temperatures fall into the upper 40s and lower 50s.
