Dr. Bill Peinhardt has been named The Cullman Times’ Distinguished Citizen of the Year in a ceremony Tuesday at St. Johns Evangelical Protestant Church.

Six Unsung Heroes were also recognized at the event hosted by The Times.

The Unsung Heroes include Wes Abbott, Teresa Fincher, Carol Nielsen, Ally Sims, Jane Humiston, and Sandra Waters.
