PREP ROUNDUP: Aggies, Eagles earn road victories; Lady Broncos pick up area win

Dayne Black (two hits and four RBIs) crafted a homer, and Dalton Payne (four hits and two RBIs) also produced at the plate to propel Fairview to an 8-3 road win against T.R. Miller on Saturday.

Scoot Bennett added two hits and an RBI, while Parker Martin (RBI), Bryson Fletcher, Lane Schnittker, Riley Carroll and Garrett Dunn tossed in one hit apiece.

% Cold Springs 5, Meek 3: Brodi Williams pitched a complete game (three hits and one earned run) on Saturday to guide the Eagles to a road victory.

Roberto Ayala (two hits), Lawson Burgess (one hit and one RBI) and Brylan Aaron (RBI) were the top contributors for Cold Springs offensively.


Prep Softball

% Holly Pond 8, Susan Moore 2: Kalliann Perkins and Madyson Rickman each hit homers on Friday to help lift the Broncos to an area victory at home.

Maddie Heatherly (two hits and three RBIs), Kolby Holcombe (two hits and two RBIs), Perkins (two hits and one RBI), Rickman (one hit and one RBI) and Katie Burnham (one hit and one RBI) each collected big outings at the plate. Gracie Bryan, Presley Marks and Taylor Simmons added one hit apiece.
