The ladies of the Berlin Sunshine Club met Thursday, Feb. 15, 2018, at the Berlin Community Center. Jill Hollis and Ann Bishop coordinated the potluck meal, which was prepared and served by members.

After prayer requests, a devotion and prayer was provided by Susie Smith.

There was no program.

President Patty Martin called the business meeting to order. Joan Walker, club treasurer, gave the financial report. Gail Wood, secretary, read the minutes from the last business meeting.

It was agreed to postpone a pre-approved fundraiser meal for to a later date pending warmer weather and plans on how to proceed. No other new business was approved.

It was announced that the new floodlights for the community center would be installed the following week.

Members were encouraged to wear green to the March 17 meeting.

Other members present were Karen Dunn, Joan Walker, Tootie Sanford, Doris Walker, Peggy Hardman, Susie Smith, Regina Johnson, Becky Burks, Becky Cook, Marilyn Bolte, June Butts, Joyce Rodgers. Three guests present were Deondra Clark, Wanda Bailey and her grandson, Clay.
