Arrests

Failure to appear-possession of drug paraphernalia: Lee M. Dunaway, 37, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia: Hunter A. Easterwood, 20, of Cullman arrested on East Hanceville Road SE.

Theft of property: Gretchen S. Barnett, 42, of Crane Hill, arrested at the Cullman Shopping Center.

Failure to appear-theft of property: Shannon R. Judkins, 44, of Holly Pond arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-theft of property: Elizabeth D. Andrews, 33, of Albertville arrested in Joppa.

Incidents

Theft of property: Highway 157, 1992 Toyota-$3,500.

Theft of property: Wal-Mart, Olive St. SW, rifle-$368.

Criminal mischief: Thompson & Webster LLC, St. Joseph Drive NW, damaged window-$300.

Theft of property: Books-A-Million, Cullman Shopping Center, general merchandise-$122, arrest made.

Judge’s order-possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance: Kalyn West Abbott, 26, arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (7 counts): Laura Elaine Bennett, 44, arrested on County Road 1605.

Judge’s order-DUI, speeding above 70mph on the interstate and possession of a controlled substance: Lashaundra Denise Crumb, 25, arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.

Failure to appear-running red light: Lee Michael Dunaway, 37, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Diversion violation-possession/use of a credit/debit card: Christopher Hoyt Godsey, 43, arrested at Cullman County Courthouse.

Judge’s order-criminal possession of a forged instrument (2 counts): Brandy Nichole Graham, 37, arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.

Judge’s order-possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance: Dan Lee Johnson, 40, arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.
