Public intoxication, domestic violation: William K. Smith, 29, of Cullman arrested on Wren Ave. SW.

Possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance: Jodi Davis Warhurst, 42, arrested at Warrior Police Department.
