The Cullman Planning Commission approved a site plan for Rumors Deli’s new location Monday.

The commission had already granted the eatery a conditional use permit for the proposed location on Fourth Street Southwest during its Nov. 6 meeting.

On Monday, the commission approved a site plan, including an agreement for adequate parking and access in and out of the new restaurant.

The landmark downtown Cullman eatery is planning to move from its current home in the Warehouse District to the brick building just off U.S. 278.
