A Tuscumbia woman died Monday after allegedly falling from a van which then ran over her, Alabama State Troopers reported.

The single-vehicle crash at 12:40 p.m. on Alabama 69, two miles south of Fairview. Troopers identified the victim as Selina Burns Peralta, 45.

She fell from a 1988 GMC van driven by Christopher Allen Reece, 45, of Cullman. Peralta was struck by the GMC van and pronounced dead at the scene, trooper said.

No other details were released as troopers continue to investigate.
