Lindsay Nicole Schmale, 35, has been charged with a single count of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and a single count of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, after CPD officers discovered an alleged quantity of pills, along with marijuana and methamphetamine paraphernalia, in her possession.

From a CPD release:

“On July 14th 2017, Cullman City Police Department Sgt. Chris Thomason, Officers Dustin Colburn, Cole Kelley and Trey Higginbotham went to an apartment located in the City of Cullman on the southwest side of town after receiving complaints of drug activity.  Officers spoke with the resident Lindsay Nicole Schmale and gained consent to search the residence.

“During a search of the residence, officers recovered 19 Hydrocodone 10mg pills (schedule 2 controlled substance) and multiple items of drug paraphernalia, including marijuana and methamphetamine pipes, along with other various drug paraphernalia items.”

Schmale was booked into the Cullman County Detention Center and has since bonded out.

Sgt. Thomason asks that anyone with information on any illegal drug activity to contact the Cullman Police Department at 256-775-7179 or 256-734-1434.
