Hanceville High sophomore Abi Long was named Miss Majorette of Alabama (ages 13-15) Saturday, the ninth consecutive time she’s claimed the title, Hanceville High Principal Jimmy Collins announced.

The win qualifies her to go on to compete for Miss Majorette of the South, which she’s previously won, and Miss Majorette of America. Among others, Long has five national titles including three for two batons, one for show twirl and one for dance.
