Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument: Steven Eugene Parker, 55, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Burglary (2 counts): Richard Blake Sheppard, 30, arrested at Brown’s old store.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Jesse Adam Speegle, 28, arrested on 3rd St.
