Arrests

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Lyndsay J. Martin, 34, of Borden, Ind., arrested at the Town Square Shopping Plaza.

Giving false information to law enforcement, possession of drug paraphernalia: Kit T. Glass, 30, of Jeffersonville, Ind., arrested at the Town Square Shopping Center.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Elizabeth A. Budweg, 43, of Cullman arrested on Highway 278 E.

Incidents

Forgery, theft of property, fraudulent use of a credit/debit card, identity theft: Bolte Road SE, misc. charges.

Unlawful breaking/entering a motor vehicle: Olive St. SW, cash-$150.

Domestic violence-harassment: Tammy Juanita Harris, 46, arrested on County Road 351.

Bail jumping-attempting to elude law enforcement: Wendi Nichole Hill, 33, arrested at the jail.
