Arrests
Identity theft: Mitchell A. Wood, 33, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Incidents
Domestic violence: Katherine St. NW, arrest made.
Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle: Damage to 2006 Mercedes-$1,000.
Harassment: Ward Ave. SW.
Criminal mischief: Katherine St. NW, damage to Nissan Versa-$600.

Receiving stolen property: Sylvester Jermaine Caradine, 29, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear-illegal possession of a prescription: Jason Patrick Duke, 31, arrested on County Road 1184.
Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument: Kayla Renee Duke, 30, arrested on Highway 278 E.
Grand jury indictments-attempted murder, terrorist threats: Daryn Emitt Freeman, 18, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Writ of arrest-child support: Justin Thomas Hall, 27, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failures to appear-possession of prescription medicine, possession of a controlled substance: Steven Paul Harris, 37, arrested on Beech Ave. SE.
Receiving stolen property: Samuel Vincent Lozada, 43, arrested on County Road 1815.
Unlawful possesson of marijuana: Patrick Ray Mize, 20, arrested on I-65 southbound.
Endangering the welfare of a child: Katrina Labriest Nickens, 24, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of marijuana: Randall Lee Parris, 42, arrested on County Road 1142.
