Arrests

Failure to appear-theft of property: Corey R. Mahaffey, 30, of Warrior arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-possession of drug paraphernalia: Brandon S. Couch, 31, of Huntsville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-insurance violation: Travis E. Lance, 20, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Assault: Roger D. Hines, 57, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave. NE.

Failures to appear-driving while license revoked, insurance violation: Jeana M. Pendergraft, 47, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

Failure to appear-driving without a license; probation revoked-robbery: Christopher Daniel Peoples Jr., 25, arrested at Lauderdale County jail.
