Failure to appear-attempt to elude: Alexis M. Jagneaux, 31, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Unlawful possession/receiving a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia: Amanda C. Bentley, 30, of Addison arrested in Winston County.

Fugitive from justice: Timothy E. Thomas, 53, of Cullman arrested on Loring St. NW.

Burglary (2 counts): David E. Sanders, 28, of Cullman arrested on Hickory AVe. SW.

Theft of property: Jenny M. Letson, 38, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman Shopping Center.

Failure to appear-driving while license suspended: Cody L. Boyce, 30, of Logan arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

Burglary, criminal mischief, theft of property: Tobacco Country, 4th St. SW, damaged glass, cigarettes-$450, arrest made.

Theft of property: Books-A-Million, Cullman Shopping Center, cash-$100.

Forgery: Samuel Peter Badalucco Jr., 47, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear-possession of a controlled substance (2 counts): Dale Paul Butts, 43, arrested on County Road 575.

Domestic violence-harassment: Victoria Anne Finley, 54, arrested on County Road 588.

Failures to appear-possession of a controlled substance (2 counts), possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts): Brian Ervin Guthery, 39, arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.

Failures to appear-burglary (2 counts): Alexis Michael Jagneaux, 31, arrested at the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance: Deangelo Cortez Lolley, 20, arrested on Highway 91.

Failures to appear-driving while license suspended, proof of liability insurance required, unsafe lane change/single lane: Nina Marie McKanny, 35, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Disorderly conduct: Hollie June Pate, 38, arrested on County Road 248.

Enticing a child for immoral purposes, rape, sodomy: Jason Elliott Poole, 41, arrested on County Road 1466.

Failure to appear-DUI (alcohol): Dana Leigh Rainwater, 55, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
