Frank Fink and grandson, Adam Collier, are shown placing their bag of groceries with others already collected for the annual St. Vincent DePaul food drive. Sponsored by parishioners of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, the food supplies, as well as monetary donations, are used to help members of Cullman County when they are in need.

Approximately 50 to 60 families are helped with food bags each week and 8 to 10 in need are provided with financial assistance. In November, members of St. Vincent DePaul collect coats, blankets and bed linens to distribute.
