A list of potential Logan’s Roadhouse restaurants that could close soon does not include the Cullman location — or any locations in Alabama.

According to commercial real estate analysts CoStar, the restaurant chain has asked the bankruptcy court to reject leases on 21 restaurants (initial reports indicated just 18 would be closing). The list, which has not been confirmed, includes locations in Georgia, Florida, Texas, Virginia, Arizona, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Michigan.

The restaurant chain operates 250 locations nationwide, which includes 23 in Alabama. In a bankruptcy court filing, Logan’s chief restructuring officer Keith Maib blamed the struggles on the fact that “customers continue to face pressure on discretionary income, directly correlating to depressed restaurant sales and reduced customer traffic.” The local restaurant referred a request for comment to the corporate office. A message left there was not immediately returned. The company has 18,964 employees, including 1,002 full-time workers, at its 234 company-owned locations, according to USA Today.

“A plan is in place to assist employees in closing restaurants, reassigning employees to other Logan’s restaurants and providing them with outplacement services and assistance with applying for jobs,” Logan’s said in a statement.

Logan’s reportedly has approximately $416 million in debts, almost all of which is secured. The company reportedly posted $606.4 million in revenue in 2015 and a loss of $112 million before earnings, taxes, interest, depreciation and amortization.
