Moe's Southwest coming to Gardendale in 2017

The Gardendale City Council on Monday night approved a resolution to enter into an agreement with PGP Properties to build a Moe’s Southwest Grill in the Magnolia City Place shopping center. Construction should begin in the late fall and Moe’s should open in spring of 2017. 

The city agreed to spent $75,000 in infrastructure improvements needed to build the restaurant. The money will be payable upon the opening of Moe’s.
