• Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance — Charles Burge, 37, of Albertville arrested in Double Springs.

• Failures to appear-theft of property (3 counts), criminal trespassing (2 counts) — Bobby L. Hanners, 27, of Vinemont arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failures to appear-criminal trespassing, insurance violation (2 counts) — Betty S. Newton, 46, of Sulligent arrested on Highway 69 S.

• Unlawful possession/receiving a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia — Lee S. Terry, 40, of Cullman arrested on 9th St. SE at 1st Ave. SE.

• Unlawful possession/receiving a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, giving false information to law enforcement officer — Melissa A. Jones, 36, of Albertville arrested on 3rd St. SE.
