Funeral services for Shirley June Reid Swann, 80, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 20, 2016, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home Chapel, Revs. Max Hagood and Adam Cornelius officiating, with interment in Shedd Cemetery.

Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Swann passed away Friday, March 18, at Woodland Village Health Care. She was born June 15, 1935, in Cullman. She was a teacher.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Reese Larcus and Annie Rogers Reid; her husband, Franklin Swann; and siblings, Vonda Speegle, Roland Reid, Clifton Reid, Amos Reid, Ervin Reid and Della Ann Reid.

Survivors include two children, Terry Swann and Brenda (Ricky) Cornelius; two grandchildren, Elizabeth (Josh) Young and Christina (Ryan) Thompson; two stepgrandchildren, Adam (Jessica) Cornelius and Brandy (Josh) Carnes; seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Billy Reid; two sisters, Ivalene Waldrip and Wilma Hollis; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
