Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Monday:

• Unlawful possession of marijuana — Shellie M. Richter, 37, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failures to appear-unlawful possession of marijuana, littering, possession of drug paraphernalia — Kevin O. Walker, 35, of Cullman arrested in Gardendale.

• Unlawful possession/receiving a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana — Jeffrey D. Scott, 47, of Logan arrested in Logan.

• Failure to appear-theft of property — Elizabeth D. Andrews, 31, of Arab arrested in Arab.

• Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (2 counts) — Chad S. Parker, 31, of Hanceville arrested in Hanceville.

Incidents

• Forgery — Check Into Cash of AL, Cherokee Ave. SW, forged checks.

• Computer tampering — Hart Drive.

Arrests

• Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Annie Elizabeth Berryhill, 35, arrested on Highway 67 at Highway 69.

• Theft by deception — Kimberly Ann Buxton, 35, arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.

• Domestic violence, domestic violence-strangulation — Brandon Douglas Chappell, 39, arrested at Bait Shop on Highway 69 S.

• Parole violation/revocation-burglary — Garrett Lee Collins, 25, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• DUI-controlled substance, fleeing/attempt to elude, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, running stop sign, speeding above 70mph on the interstate, possession of a controlled substance — David Robert Francis, 45, arrested on I-65 N at Mile Marker 309.

• Domestic violence — Latasha Nicole Gann, 35, arrested on County Road 431.

• Failure to appear-disorderly conduct — Joseph Lee Hill, 48, arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.

• Parole violation/revocation-burglary — Rocky Joe Isbell, 34, arrested on 3rd Ave. SE.

• Burglary — Johnathon Adair Jones, 22, arrested at the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.

• Failures to appear-theft of property (2 counts) — Angela Vaughn Lawson, 36, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Domestic violence-harassing communications — Cary James Oden, 20, arrested at the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.

• Failure to appear-liability insurance required — Jeffery Gene Payne, 50, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Public intoxication — Todd West Powell, 46, arrested on I-65 southbound at Exit 304.

• Failure to appear-owner allowing operation without insurance — James Richard Thomas, 29, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failure to register quarterly — Ryan Henry Yarbrough, 39, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

• Domestic violence — County Road 431.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia — I-65 northbound at Mile Marker 292.

• Criminal mischief — Ashwander St. NE.

• Theft of property — County Road 1134.

• Unlawful breaking/entering a motor vehicle — Highway 91.

• Shooting into an unoccupied vehicle — County Road 437.

• Theft of property — County Road 1273.
