• Public intoxication — Matthew T. Sapp, 21, of Logan arrested on Highway 157.
• DUI — Timothy P. Mingie, 40, of Cullman arrested on Main Ave. NW.
• Unlawful receiving/possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Shannon L. Judkins, 42, of Holly Pond arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
• Public intoxication — Dylan J. Bomberry-Wright, 21, of Cullman arrested on Cherokee Ave. SW.
• Public intoxication — Thomas B. Lovell, 40, of Cullman arrested on Highway 31 at Swafford Road.

• Failures to appear-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest — Jason Wayne Chambers, 32, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
• Receiving stolen property, theft of property — James Gregory Cornelius, 24, arrested at the Jet Pep on Highway 31 N.
• Probation violation-DUI (alcohol and controlled substance) — Jesse Layne Curtis, 23, arrested at the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.
• Failures to appear-driving while license revoked, window tint — William Jeffrey Duke, 36, arrested on County Road 1518 at County Road 1635.
• Failures to appear-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a controlled substance (2 counts) — Kanitha Renae Mabry, 35, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.
• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a prescription medication, unlawful possession of marijuana — Rachael Baker McAllister, 36, arrested on County Road 855.
• Failures to appear-reckless driving, running red light, unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Brittany Leigh Powell, 25, arrested on County Road 438.
