The third annual Hayden Day will be held this Saturday.

The Town of Hayden hosts the event each year in conjunction with the West Blount Chamber of Commerce. The money raised by the event is given to local schools.

Last year, more than 90 vendors set up booths at the festival, selling arts and crafts, food and other items and representing local business, churches and civic organizations.

In addition to the booths and vendors, there is a dedicated children’s area with inflatables and other things for the children to do, sponsored by local groups and businesses.

There will also be entertainment all day and a car show.

Hayden Day runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and there is no admission charge.
