If you don’t want that ZZ Top song stuck in your head, look away. Because Lauren Williams, a 27-year-old Houston-based model and science educator, doesn’t just got legs, she’s got what are now believed to be the longest legs in the country.
Exactly how long are they? Williams is 6 ft. 5 in.—49 inches of that is legs. That’s long enough for the title and a recent documentary that’s going viral on YouTube.
“Pretty regularly, I have people comment on how tall I am or how longs my legs are,” Williams told the Houston Chronicle. “I don’t recall a time when I realized I had such long legs. It was just always something about me.”
While Williams is tops in America, our old arms race rival Russia is currently winning the global legs race. The Guinness Book of World Records has the legs of 44-year-old Svetlana Pankratova listed at 51.9 inches.
