*Children 5 and under are free in the General Admission area. A child that needs their own seat in the VIP or Platinum area will need a ticket. VIP and Platinum sections have a limited amount of chairs. The number of VIP or Platinum tickets sold depend on the number of seats available. Each seat sold must have a ticket.

* All sales are non-refundable. Service Fees are non-refundable. If the event cancels or postpones, the price of your ticket will be refunded, but the service fees are non-refundable.

* All online tickets are emailed and printed off at home. If you did not receive your tickets in an email or have lost or accidentally deleted your email please contact Rock the South customer support at tickets@rockthesouth.com

* All tickets are non-transferable. When you arrive on Friday, you get a wristband that will become your ticket for Saturday. Do not take the wristband off.

* There will be no reentry allowed.

* No-tents and umbrellas are allowed as they cause obstructed views, but ponchos and rain jackets are encouraged.

* Rock the South will have 12 ATM’s scattered across the property. Some food vendors will take credit cards but all RTS beverage tents (beer/soda) will only take cash.

* No outside coolers (i.e. food, drink) allowed inside.

* The main lot of Heritage Park will be reserved for handicap parking. You must display the proper permit to park in these spots.

* Every bag and person will be searched coming into the festival.

* Rock the South will have a very large security contingent on-site. If you see an issue, please notify any security officers from Event Operations Group or police officers from the Cullman Police Department, Cullman County Sherriff’s Department or Alabama State Troopers.

* The Cullman Fire Department and Cullman County EMS will have first aid tents on-site.

* There will be a lost children’s tent staffed by the Cullman Police Department right next to the main Medical Tent.

* Rock the South is located at Heritage Park, 1705 Lee Ave SW, Cullman, AL 35055.

* The Main Entrance is located off of Lee Avenue just West of Lowe’s.

* Beer and liquor will be available throughout the festival.

* Seating is only provided in the VIP and Platinum areas. No chairs will be allowed in those sections. General Admission patrons are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets for seating. Chairs will not be provided in the General Admission section.

* All shows are rain or shine. In the event of serious weather, announcements will be made from the stage. Remember, tents are not considered safe cover in serious weather conditions.

* Children are allowed; however, organizers recommend parental discretion as the event does allow alcohol consumption. Children 5 and under are free, children age 6 and up are full price.

* The VIP parking lot opens 8 a.m. Friday and Saturday.

* Rock the South has a handicap viewing area and handicap accessible restrooms.
