PREP ROUNDUP: Lady Aggies shut out Tigers for 1st-ever soccer win; Bronco baseball splits area twinbill

FAIRVIEW — Khylah McLeroy piled on four goals, Kayley Hall kept J.B. Pennington off the scoreboard and Fairview’s girls soccer squad shut out the Tigers 7-0 Tuesday for the program’s first-ever victory.

Alexus Lindsey added two goals to the convincing area triumph. Anya Wallis had one.

% Holly Pond 6, Susan Moore 3: The Broncos moved to 8-5 overall and 1-1 in area play with a road split on Tuesday.

Zac Naler went the distance for Holly Pond in the win and also pitched in a hit at the plate. Luke Calvert, Hunter Nelson and Tony Vazquez had hits as well.

Nelson tossed five strong frames in the opener, an 8-6 loss.
