Getting out of the cold. With brutally col temperatures in store for the area tomorrow night, the city of Warrior is offering help for those who have inadequate heat. The city will open its community center as a warming station Wednesday and Thursday nights, with the municipal building and courtroom available if more room is needed. Call City Hall at 647-0520 for more information.

Sports: Beatdowns. Gardendale had four players scoring in double figures, as they crushed Dora 70-29 in girls basketball action Monday night.
