Ray Songer discusses his book about Tarrant with guests during the Gardendale-Martha Moore Public Library's Authors Expo recently. 

The Gardendale Public Library hosted its second annual Authors Expo recently, featuring J.D. Weeks, Frances Walker, Terry Thomas, Ray Songer, Nelson Hannah, Dr. Fran Carter, Nell Branum and Melanie Patterson.

Lisa Keith, who works in the library’s Adult Services department, organized the event.

“We had a great turnout, and I think everybody had a great time,” Keith said.
