J. L. spent his life taking care of his family and friends. He worked, sometimes more than one job at a time, to make sure his family had everything they needed. He retired from Joslyn Manufacturing after over 40 years of service.
He loved to read and take things apart to see how they worked, he loved to learn about new things. And he loved to talk. When you got the McCreless brothers together, it was something to watch and enjoy! We are all going to miss him so very much.
Mr. McCreless was a good Christian man who studied his Bible daily and loved to talk about the Bible with anyone who would listen. He was a member of Fultondale First Baptist Church, which he attended for over 40 years.
Services were held at Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens in Fultondale.
