Debra Jo McBrayer Abney, 63 of Morris, passed away on Thursday, September 18, 2014.

She is survived by her son, Larry Lee (Wendy) Abney; siblings, LaFaye Stover, Douglas McBrayer, Sondra (Frank) Turley, Gary (Mona) McBrayer; and friend, Robert Little.

Mrs. Abney is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Joe Abney; and parents, Walter and Lee Annie McBrayer.

Funeral services will be held at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, September 19 at noon. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Burial will be held at Oakwood Memorial Gardens. The family would like to thank the staff of North Hill Rehabilitation for their care and compassion.
