Forfeitures-insurance violations, driving while license revoked, driving without a license — Christopher James Thompson, 39, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle — Olive St. SW, 2010 Chevrolet Impala-$2,000.

Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle — Olive St. SW, 2004 Infiniti G3.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Fox Meadow Trail SE, Apple I-Pod, Colt knife-$250.

Criminal mischief — Jan’s Fitness Club, 2nd Ave. NW, metal door frame-$200.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Fox Meadow Dr. SE, silver coin, 9 packs cigarettes-$51.

Theft of property — Field of Miracles Drive SW, hearing aid, wallet, Peoples Bank debit card, diaper bag-$5,026.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — East Hanceville Road SE, Fuji Films camera-$350.

Failure to appear-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Cecil Blake Barnett, 34, arrested in Cullman.

Violation of protection order — Ronald Keith Graham, 40, arrested in Cullman.

Order of arrest-termination of diversion-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Toney Lee Gregory, 53, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-theft of property — Trey Brittian Guthery, 18, arrested in Cullman.

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Jason Daniel Kilgore, 23, arrested in Bremen.

Failures to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument, operating a vehicle without insurance, failure to stop at stop sign, driving while license revoked — Matthew Jonah Sims, 42, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property — Justin Martin Sullivan, 21, of Falkville.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Donald Oscar Trussell, 51, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-theft of property — Christopher Shawn Wallace, 35, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Order of commitment-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument, failure to appear-speeding — Dana Linette Whitehead, 41, arrested in Cullman.

Probation violation-receiving stolen property (2 counts) — Justin Dale Wise, 27, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Domestic violence-harassment — County Road 1030.

Dog bite — County Road 1029.

Failure to pay for gasoline — Highway 69.

Criminal mischief — County Road 1652.

Assault — County Road 985.
