Nine different players scored in double figures, as Pinson Valley came from behind for an 84-81 winiver Hueytown in a high-scoring consolation-bracket contest at the Jefferson County Large Schools Boys Basketball Tournament on Wednesday.

After being tied after three periods, the Indians pulled away from the Golden Goprhers at the end, led by Zach Jackson;s 23 points and eight rebounds.

Donevan Waldrop scored 16 points to go with seven assists, Austin McKinney added 14 points and Kerry Griffith scored 10 for the Tribe.

Austin Hardy scored 23 points, Mike Bell had 19, Laterrius Thompson added 13, Ronald Strothers 11 and Stephen Burgess 10 for Hueytown.
