Senior center Megan Snow scored 19 points — 11 of them in the first quarter alone — as Mortimer Jordan rolled over Moody 63-28 in Friday girls basketball action.
While Snow and fellow 6-footer Natalie Johnsey dominated the post, Jordan was also hot from outside the arc, knocking down nine 3-point shots. Bess Crane got her 12 points on four treys, one in each quarter.
Sarah Rickles and Kristen Putnam had eight points with two 3-pointers each.
Kayla Luster led Moody with 10 points.
Jordan (2-2) faces Pinson Valley on Saturday in the first round of the Bryant Bank Thanksgiving Classic at Hewitt-Trussville.
