Arrests

• Probation violation-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Brandon W. Harbison, 31, of Cullman arrested on Beech Ave. SW.

• Theft of property — Heath S. Pack, 24, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave. NW.

• Theft of property — Mary E. Leo, 28, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave. NW.

• Failure to appear-driving while license revoked — Charlotte A. Kimbril, 46, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Theft of property — Chelsea R. Farrow, 24, of Cullman arrested at Walmart.

• Failures to appear-unlawful possession of marijuana, giving false information to law enforcement, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle — Alejandro L. Harris, 23, of Wetumpka arrested on Highway 278 at Denson Ave. S.

Incidents

• Minor in possession of alcoholic beverages — City of Cullman, Adelsheim Circle SW, arrest made.

• Theft of property (2 counts) — Belk, North Shopping Center, miscellaneous clothing-$475, arrest made.

• Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle — Cullman Regional Medical Center parking lot, black 2001 Chevrolet Blazer.

• Theft of property — Walmart, Olive St. SW, various merchandise-$40, arrest made.

• Attempting to elude police (2 counts), unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failures to appear-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance — Joseph Wayne Christiansen, 27, arrested on County Road 1558.

• DUI — Janet Carolyn Jaegers, 63, arrested on County Road 437 at County Road 222.

• Grand jury-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Kylie Savannah Obrien, 29, arrested at the Tuscaloosa County Jail.

• Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Elizabeth Ann McLamb, 53, arrested on Beech Ave.

• Public intoxication — William Clifton Sanders, 43, arrested on County Road 1527.

• Domestic violence — Wallace Bryant, 63, arrested on County Road 940.

• Failure to appear-unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance — Kimberly Pack Cofield, 37, arrested on County Road 1635.

• Minor in consumption of alcohol — James Andrew Goodwin, 46, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Tina Renea Kendrick, 30, arrested on Highway 69 S at I-65.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear-fishing without a license — Justin Brian Kiinstler, 24, arrested at Exit 299 at I-65 NB.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Richard Wade McFerrin, 25, arrested on I-65 N at the mile marker 299 off ramp.

• Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (45 counts) — Robert Dewayne Quick, 42, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failure to appear-domestic violence — Margret Denise Sellers, 40, arrested on County Road 1727.

• Criminal possession of a forged instrument, forgery — Shanna Lynn White, 27, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failure to register as a sex offender — James Brett Frank, 46, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Antonio De La Cruz Jimenez, 26, arrested at mile marker 298 on I-65 NB.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Marcos De La Cruz Jimenez, 21, arrested at mile marker 298 on I-65 NB.

• Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (5 counts) — Scottie Jason Walker, 44, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Public intoxication — Matthew Leonard White, 36, arrested on County Road 1492.
