Frichter – Putman wedding

Shelby M. Putman and Samuel P. Frichter III were united in marriage Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, at 3:30 p.m. on the main lawn pavilion at Henderson Park Inn in Destin, Florida.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Randy and Danna Putman of Cullman, AL. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Sammy Frichter of Dothan, AL; and Anita and Chuck Ward of Memphis, Tennessee.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an ivory, strapless, taffeta, mermaid style Casablanca bridal gown that had a bodice trimmed with crystals and rhinestones set off by a multi-layered ruffled skirt. She carried a bouquet made of fuchsia and orange cala lilies, and the bridesmaids carried fluffy white hydrangeas. The maid of honor was Cassidy Putman, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Molly Howie, Kristina Thompson, Emily Reach, Taylor Bullard and Elizabeth Brantley. They wore sand-beige, knee-length chiffon dresses by Alfred Angelo. The flower girl was Madelyn Gaudet.

Best man was Sammy Frichter, father of the groom. Groomsmen were Shannon Smith, Josh West, Cliff Howard, Nick Short and Eric Hanssen.

The reception was held on the adjoining lawn beside the ocean at Henderson Park Inn. The live piano, vocal and guitar entertainment was provided by Steve Hall; and “I Do” Beach Weddings, LLC of Navarre, Florida, provided all of the wedding planning services. Michael K. After a honeymoon cruise to Cozumel, Mexico, the couple now resides in Pensacola, Florida, where they are both employed.
