Hayden’s Luke Wall led all scorers with 16 points, but Walker had the upper hand Tuesday in a 50-37 victory over the Wildcats in a Class 5A area basketball game.

Duncan Parker grabbed 12 rebounds and blocked four shots for Hayden.

The Vikings were led by a trio of players. Jaray McElrath, Kenyatta Woods and Denzell Daley each scored nine points.

The Wildcats host arch-rival Corner on Thursday night.
