Arrests
Theft of property, failures to appear-theft of property, driving while license suspended — Don Maitland Nuñez, 57, of Huntsville arrested on OIive St. SW.
Domestic violence — Amanda Marie Crawford, 24, of Cullman arrested on Highway 278 at Days Inn.
Domestic violence — Justin Ryan Twilley, 27, of Cullman arrested on Highway 278 at Days Inn.
Failures to appear-public intoxication, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to signal, expired drivers license, insurance violation — James Christopher Boyles, 28, of Hanceville arrested on Highway 31 at the county line.
Theft of property — Brandi Danielle Smith, 27, of Cullman arrested on Highway 31 N.
Theft of property — Tina Faye Kimbril, 44, of Vinemont arrested at the Town Square Shopping Center.
Minor in possession/consumption of alcohol — Levi Jordan Allred, 18, of Hanceville arrested on Ann St. at Denson Ave. NW.
Failures to appear-unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts) — Joel Robert Adcock Jr., 52, of Vinemont arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Criminal trespassing — Eric Eugene McMillian, 20, of Cullman arrested on Hickory Ave. at White Circle.
Violation of protection order — Jacob Burl Mullett, 41, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of lost property — Cleveland Ave. SW, Ipod Touch-$200.
Theft of property — Walmart, Olive St. SW, merchandise-$34, arrest made.
Domestic violence — City of Cullman, 4th St. SW, arrest made.
Violation protection order — Olive St. SW.
Theft of property — Dollar General, Town Square Shopping Center, merchandise-$7, arrest made.
Domestic incident — City of Cullman, McNabb Dr. SW.
Public intoxication, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, minor in consumption/possession of alcohol — City of Cullman, Denson Ave. NW, JOB rolling papers-$5, arrest made.
Criminal trespassing — Barkwood Apartments, Hickory Ave. SW at White Circle, arrest made.
Burglary, criminal mischief — Eva Road NE, wooden door damaged-$600.
Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Elizabeth St. NE, Samsung Android Infuse cell phone, CDs-$620.
Burglary — Doug’s Corner Mart, 2nd Ave. NE, glass door damaged, cigarettes stolen-$1,700.

Obstructing a criminal investigation, resisting arrest — Elaine Green arrested on County Road 463 in Cullman.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Michael Culver arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Brandy Wilkins arrested on Highway 278 at County Road 984.
Promoting prison contraband — Sherry Henry arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Criminal trespassing — Stephen Saucier arrested on County Road 1339.
Criminal trespassing, criminal mischief, resisting arrest — Shawn Sizemore arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
DUI-alcohol — Charles Pope arrested on County Road 573.
Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (6 counts) — Larry Surrett arrested at Hanceville Police Department.
Domestic incident — Sherman King arrested at Hanceville Police Department.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Shawn Sizemore arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Christopher Ward arrested on Highway 69 at Highway 67.
Public intoxication — Michelle Powers arrested on County Road 1129.
