Giving false information to law enforcement — Jason Kyle Osteen Jr., 18, of Cullman arrested at Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear-insurance violation — Christopher Joe Martin, 36, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Public intoxication — Jason Scott Vincent, 42, of Blountsville arrested on Highway 157.
Unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance — Jaosn Boyd Marti, 40, of Cullman arrested on County Road 471.
Domestic violence — Joshua Andrew Pace, 25, of Cullman arrested on 12th St. SE.
Theft of property — Tracy Lynn Eby, 40, of Hanceville arrested on 2nd Ave. NW.
Theft of property — Taylor Zachary McWaters, 19, of Cullman arrested on 4th St. SW.
Resisting arrest, criminal trespassing — Heather Elaine Seay, 28, of Cullman arrested on Olive St. SW.
DUI — Michael Xavier Smith, 26, of Cullman arrested on 4th St. SE at 10th Ave.
Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Sean Michael Doggett, 30, of Cullman arrested on 3rd Ave. SE.
DUI — Mario Alfredo Perez, 28, of Hoover arrested on Denson Ave. at Dripping Springs.
Public intoxication — Adam Lee White, 30, of Holly Pond arrested on Eva Road NE.

Theft of property — Dollar General, 2nd Ave. NW-$8, arrest made.
Criminal trespassing — City of Cullman, Olive St. SW, arrest made.
Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — North Shopping Center, tool bag-$125.
DUI — City of Cullman, 3rd St. SE at 10th Ave., arrest made.
Endangering the welfare of a child — Ash Ave. NE.
Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — City of Cullman, 3rd Ave. SW at 3rd St., marijuana, JOB rolling papers-$11, arrest made.
Theft of property — Billy Ray Taylor Auto Sales, 4th St. SW, hubcap-$150.
Theft of property — Katherine St. NW, Fuji Finepix Digital Camera-$200.
Criminal mischief — Hayes Dr. NW, Chevrolet Silverado-$1,500.
Criminal mischief — Bear Concrete Products, Inc., Oak Hill Dr. NW, Larson Boat, refrigerator and concrete floor damaged-$25,100.
Theft of property — Monterey St. SW, 1981 Chevrolet.
Criminal mischief, theft of property, domestic violence, unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Logan St. SW, JVC 42-inch TV damaged, keys stolen-$3.
Public intoxication — City of Cullman, Highway 157, arrest made.
Domestic violence — 12th St. SE, arrest made.

Harassment-simple assault, domestic incident — Amanda Pigg arrested on Highway 278.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Jesse Durham arresetd on Highway 69 at Highway 67.
Failure to appear/pay/comply (2 counts), attempt to elude police officer, resisting arrest — David James arrested on County Road 1515.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Samantha Hutcherson arrested on County Road 1515.
Traffic offense, DUI-alcohol, Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, attempt to elude police officer — Stephen Riggs arrested on County Road 115 and County Road 1154.
