Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman Police Department for Tuesday:
Arrests
Criminal mischief — Timothy L. Martin, 65, of Falkville arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.
Sexual abuse — Jimmy D. Stephenson, 64, of Hazel Green arrested on Highway 31 N at the county line.
Criminal trespassing — Henry Cooper, 18, of Antioch, Tenn., arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Giving false information to law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct — Henry Cooper, 18, of Antioch, Tenn., arrested on Highway 31 N in Vinemont.
Theft of property — Jesica Dalane May, 31, of Cullman arrested at the Town Square Shopping Center.
DUI, carrying a pistol without a permit — Danny B. Ponder, 52, of Vinemont arrested on Highway 278 at Main Ave. SW.
Forfeiture-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Andrea Lee Dover, 27, of Cullman arrested on Highway 157 at Cullman Regional Medical Center.
Incidents
Theft of property (1st degree), theft of property (2nd degree) — Dripping Springs Road NW, 1994 Ford Ranger, debit card-$1,190.
Forgery — Peoples Bank, 2nd Ave. SE, 2 business checks-$934.
Harassment — 2nd Ave. S.
Incident/accident — Merchants Bank, Highway 157, brick column damaged, 2007 Honda Civic damaged-$10,000.
Theft of property — Hobby Lobby, Town Square Shopping Center, iron-on crystals-$12, arrest made.
Auto accident — 2nd Ave. at 8th St. SW, 2003 Ford F-150-$800.
Defrauding secured creditors — Car Mart, Brantley Ave. NW.
Domestic violence — St. Joseph St. NW.
DUI, carrying a pistol without a permit — City of Cullman, Highway 278, Star SA 9mm pistol-$300, arrest made.

Theft of property — Henry Elbert Ballard Jr., 50, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Robbery — Charles Schad Decker, 32, arrested in Bremen.
Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument, negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (3 counts) — Kimberly Jo Nethery, 42, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Public intoxication — John Kevin Obrien, 22, arrested in Cullman.
Probation revocation-forgery — Betty Sue Kritner Pollard, 50, arrested in Joppa.
Incidents
Abandoned vehicle — County Road 1354.
Criminal mischief — Colony Road.
Dog bite — County Road 229.
Harassment — Hanceville.
Harassment — County Road 700.
Reckless endangerment, criminal mischief — County Road 492.
Reckless endangerment — County Road 617.
Harassment — Highway 69.
Harassment — County Road 1157.
Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a prescription medication — Highway 278 at County Road 813.
