Harassment — Ronald Kurt Apel, 35, of Cullman arrested on Morning Drive.

Unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance — Thomas Edmond Roberts, 55, of Holly Pond arrested on County Road 1728.

Theft of property — Travis Lee Baker, 21, of Cullman arrested on County Road 1630 at County Road 1629.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle (5 counts), burglary — Joshia Alexander Witt, 18, of Oneonta arrested at the Blounty County jail.

Theft of property — Wayne Oneil Campbell, 22, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Criminal trespassing — Judy Smith, 57, of Cullman arrested at Cullman Regional Medical Center.

Forfeiture-insurance violation — Justin Heath Barbee, 26, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property — Heather Nicole Tanner, 25, of Garden City arrested at Walmart.

Domestic violence — Kevin Chase Lindsey, 28, of Cullman arrested on Schneider Road SE.

Forfeiture-criminal trespassing — Barry James Hollis, 31, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Forfeiture-driving while license revoked — Torey Bryant Purser, 25, of Falkville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Disorderly conduct, resisting arrest — Kenneth Wayne Smith Jr., 35, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

Forfeiture-disorderly conduct — April Celeste Durham, 27, of Hayden arrested on Highway 278 E.

Disorderly conduct — Tammie Lynn Borel, 30, of Cullman arrested on Warnke Road.

Forfeiture-open container — Jerry Wayne Robinson Jr., 34, of Dora arrested on I-65 at Hayden exit.

Forfeiture-expired tag — Lindsey Jill Farrow, 25, of Vinemont arrested on Highway 157 at Eva Road.

Incidents

Harassing communications — Highway 157.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle, criminal mischief — 5th St. SW, spark plug wires cut-$80.

Theft of property — Walmart, Olive St. SW, miscellaneous clothing-$72, arrest made.

Domestic violence — Schneider Road NE, arrest made.

Criminal mischief — Cullman Flea Market, Lincoln Ave. SW, glass doors damaged-$500.

Vehicle fire — 5th St. SW, 2002 Olds Alero-$5,000.

Arson — City of Cullman, 3rd St. SW at ballfields, damage to restrooms-$3,000.

Assault — Logan Ave. at Hickory Ave.

Assault — Apartment Circle NW.

Failure to remit payment for gasoline — Conoco North, Highway 157, 8.49 gallons gas-$30.

Failure to register (2 counts) — Matthew Chase Harbin, 56, arrested in Cullman.

Failure to appear-operating a vehicle without insurance — Alan Benjamin Jester, 33, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property (2 counts), receiving stolen property (2 counts) — Charles Thomas Marlin Jr., 39, arrested in Warrior.

Public intoxication — Williams Elizabeth Denise Purser, 43, arrested in Good Hope.

Failure to appear-expired tag — Randy Earl Taylor, 46, arrested in Cullman.
