Jonathan and Melina Brook of Cullman announce the birth of their son, Mason Dax Brook, on March 8, 2012, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces, and was 22.5 inches in length. He is the grandson of Scottie and Rhonda Newman of Cullman, and the great-grandson of Evelyn Smothers of Addison and the late Telby Smothers, Doris Newman of Jasper and the late Presley Newman.
