A good Thursday morning to you….

Weather: Beauty, eh? The cold front has come through, leaving us with a beautiful day ahead. It will be sunny and pleasant with highs in the upper 70s and lows in the lower 50s. More of the same for Friday; scattered storms return Saturday.

Traffic: Nothing out of the ordinary on I-65 through the Corridor X construction today, but ALDOT plans more blasting and another rolling roadblock for Friday afternoon. It’s the usual deal: northbound lane, starting at Spaghetti Junction at about 1:30 p.m. Traffic on U.S. 31 south of the exit with I-65 in Fultondale will be affected, too.
